My Strengths

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were stand side on and aim where I was throwing .

The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played were calf my hands and aim where i'm throwing .

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to swing with two hands and watch the ball

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to move to where the ball was hit or thrown and mayby stretch my hand out when throwing .

The game that I enjoyed the most was the game when you had to run around the base as many times as possible and when bating hitting the ball with a tennis racket .

My Strengths

I can focus on the ball as i'm running to another base further more I can also catch the ball with a firm hand if I remember to.

The striking strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played was catching with a good eye and to stand in a good position.

The throwing and catching strategies I was able to effectively demonstrate during the games we played was stand in a good position and have a hard hand throw releasing the ball and catch with your hands shaped as a cup.

My Next Steps

To improve my striking of a ball I need to because under arming i'm really bad at under arming

To Improve my catching and fielding I need to because catch with to hand so I can catch them out

The game that I enjoyed the most was because we only played one game but the second half was great because i got to two bases without being cuaght

I think i'm at relational because I can complete my goals but I sometimes have trouble.

Leader ship learning term 1 2016

Currently I am in multi structural. My next goal is relational and right now I'm setting my goal so i'm using one of my leader ship values Goal Focused and for my blog post i'm going to show how we have been learning our leader ship values.
