At kapa haka we do poi singing and actions I will explain how awesome fun and challenging these all are poi is challenging because first you have to keep in beat with the time second you have to know the beat third you have to move the poi we have a lot of trouble doing this but were getting to it
Moving on singing matua tells us to connect and fell the words well not really fell it but were focusing on a really strong loud !! and passionate song hallelujah one of my favorites we also do actions to it we sing and then walk forward 1,2,3,4,1,2,3, ya you get it anyway kapa haka is really fun and you should if you haven't
